Set in the peaceful hills of Witta in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, this workshop is designed for photographers who want more than just another styled shoot. It is a day created to help you understand how you work as a photographer, why you shoot the way you do, and how to lean into the strengths that make your work unique.
Hosted by Claire and Teagen, this experience brings together two very different approaches to photography.
- Claire shoots analytically, reading light like a map and approaching posing and composition with intention and structure.
- Teagen creates through instinct and emotion, building stories that unfold naturally through feeling.
Watching these two styles side by side gives you a rare opportunity to see how completely different creative processes can lead to powerful, meaningful imagery.
This workshop is not about copying someone else's style. It is about discovering how you are wired and learning how to build your photography around that.
With small shoot groups, a relaxed countryside setting, and open conversations with other photographers, the day is designed to be both inspiring and deeply practical.

$890 per photographer
($190 non-refundable deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance split into two payments of $350 due on 6 April and 6 May)
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience hands on.

Workshop itinerary
Shoot with Claire
Claire will lead an indoor maternity session where she shares her analytical approach to photographing. You will see how she reads natural light like a map, builds flattering poses with intention, and plans out a scene before shooting.
Shoot with Teagen
Teagen will photograph a family session guided by instinct and emotion. She will share how she creates connection within a scene and builds storytelling images through feeling rather than formula.
Midday chat and lunch
The entire group will come together for a relaxed lunch and open discussion. This session focuses on discovering how your own mind works creatively, how to lean into that strength, and how to stop comparing yourself to photographers who operate differently.
Gift bag
Each attendee will receive a thoughtfully curated gift bag as part of the experience.
This workshop is for photographers who want to leave with more clarity, confidence, and creative direction in their work. You will walk away not just with beautiful images, but with a deeper understanding of yourself as a photographer.
